As the country reopens for business and the situation around COVID-19 continues to develop, Apex Seminars’ paramount concern is the health and safety of attendees and associates at our educational events.
In-Person Educational Events
As a premier Functional Medicine education company, we welcome you back to our popular in-person educational events. As always, our educational events will teach you about the most up-to-date science and clinical applications in Functional Medicine but with some temporary changes to procedures, as we prioritize your safety and the safety of our associates. We will be employing risk mitigation strategies at our educational events, as set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other applicable governing authorities. Partnering only with hotels and properties that are fully compliant with state and local mandates
Disinfecting Practices
Working only with hotels and properties that are disinfecting high-traffic areas and high-touch surfaces frequently and routinely and have adequate hand-sanitizing stations throughout the venue
Food Safety
Working only with hotels and properties that employ up-to-date food safety preparation and service practices
Limited Numbers
Limiting the number of attendees allowed at a single event in compliance with applicable guidelines
Social Distancing
Promoting social- and physical-distancing practices during the educational event and helping attendees and associates maintain safe distances in accordance with applicable guidelines
Less Physical Contact
Implementing contactless check-in
Facial Coverings
Enforcing applicable state or local guidelines regarding the use of facial coverings
Self-Quarantine Practices
Encouraging anyone who has registered but is feeling sick or has a sick family member in their home to reschedule with credit for a future Apex seminar
Updated COVID-19 Compliance
Complying with any applicable government COVID-19 orders
