How can I register for an Apex Seminar?
Call your local Apex Energetics representative or our corporate office, (800) 736-4381, and select #2.
Do I have to be a licensed Healthcare Practitioner to register?
Yes. We work with most licensed Healthcare Practitioners such as MD, DO, DC, LAc, ND, NP, DOM, PhD, Nutritionists, and students of their respective health care profession. If you are a non-licensed Healthcare Practitioner but work as a staff member alongside a licensed Healthcare Practitioner, you are eligible to register.
What documents are required to open a new Apex Energetics account?
We need a copy of your Healthcare Practitioner license (or student ID in lieu of a license), and a completed new account application to set-up your account profile.
Can associates and office staff attend an Apex Seminar?
Office assistants and staff members can attend our events with the Healthcare Practitioner or on their own if the Healthcare Practitioner of record has attended the event previously.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX, as well as payment by check (checks must be received a minimum of two weeks ahead of the event).
Do you have promotional specials?
Yes. We have several opportunities that Healthcare Practitioners can take advantage of.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you cancel at least one week in advance of the event date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within less than one week, you will receive a credit toward a future Apex Energetics event.
I am new to Functional Medicine; is there a preferred sequence of seminars I should take first?
The events do not need to be taken in any specific order; however, some Healthcare Practitioners who are new to Functional Medicine prefer taking the blood chemistry events first. The Thyroid and Brain Chemistry events build on lab analysis, and topics covered in the Fundamentals and Mastering Functional Blood Chemistry events may also be helpful.
Is there any special pricing or discounts available for Healthcare Practitioners and their office staff to register and attend an Apex Seminar?
Yes. We have same-office Healthcare Practitioner discounts available, refresher rates when a Healthcare Practitioner has attended the same event previously, and student pricing. Likewise, we offer discounts for office staff and non-licensed spouses/partners.

Do you have room blocks with special rates for seminar attendees?
We do not routinely offer a block of rooms. If this option is available, we will make every effort to notify our attendees.
