Functional Endocrinology: Connecting New Research with Practical Applications
This long-awaited, comprehensive 2-day seminar is designed to provide a review of physiology and the key concepts in functional endocrinology.
This seminar includes dozens of critical clinical pearls derived from Dr. Kharrazian’s own practice and research. In addition, the speaker will address the effects of acute and chronic stress/environmental factors on physiology, and the healing process.
This presentation will also review the scientific literature regarding how various diets, botanicals, nutrients, lifestyle, and environmental factors can impact the endocrine system directly and indirectly. This seminar focuses on supporting healthy endocrine balance with or without the use of aggressive hormone replacement strategies. A review of human physiology will be followed by clinical applications, a general review of relevant laboratory tests, differential diagnoses, and how to identify cases that may need to be referred for further consultation and/or evaluation.
